Researched and drafted two conservation area appraisals for the villages of South Croxton and Beeby. Development Appraisal for Clifton Hall Stables, Nottingham Provided an appraisal of the main planning and conservation issues relating to the potential of buildings and land at Home Farm, Clifton. Conservation Plan for Nottingham Midland Railway Station Researched the historic development of the station buildings and assessed their importance and significance to inform future development proposals. Listed Building Impact Assessment for 8 Bowling Green Street, Leicester Assessed the potential impact of a number of alterations and highlighted areas where improvements could be made, both in the alterations to the building and to the operation of the proposed restaurant to minimise the impact of the development. |
